1. Description of Service
Welcome to Orchid Cars, a buy-and-sell platform with online services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Orchid Cars facilitates the buying and selling of vehicles through our online platform. Users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein by utilizing our services.
The purchase of a vehicle through the orchidcars.com website implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of purchase. The vehicles are sold by Orchid Cars, a subsidiary in Portugal. The additional specific terms and clauses depend on the type of contract made. If it is a purchase, whether online or in at showroom, and payment has been made in cash or by transfer, the terms of the vehicle purchase contract will apply. If the vehicle is Finance online or at showroom, the terms of the vehicle finance agreement will apply. Prior to purchasing a vehicle, you must formalize a reservation of €300 which will subsequently be deducted from the purchase price; If the reservation is made through the website, it must always be made by debiting your bank card through virtual POS. If the sale is not completed, the reservation amount will be refunded. Orchid Cars strives to preserve your security and privacy. We use a secure payment system and your card details are not shared with third party sellers, nor do we sell your information to third parties. Orchid Cars reserves the right to approve or deny the operation if there are publication errors, outof-stock items or price variations. The contract will not be formalized until Orchid Cars agrees and informs the customer that the purchase can be carried out. The buyer must send a bank receipt of payment for the vehicle. Orchid Cars will deliver the vehicle once its deposit into the indicated account is confirmed. The customer will pick up the vehicle at the purchase address, that is, at the Orchid Cars where the purchase is made. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs that may be related to the collection of the vehicle. All vehicles are delivered registered
2. Your Registration Obligations
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and all activities under their account. Orchid Cars is not liable for any loss or damage arising from users’ failure to comply with this obligation.
3. User Account, Password, and Security
All content and materials on the Orchid Cars website are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. USER CONDUCT
